About Our Company
We are a purpose driven organization on a mission to empower people to enhance their lives and their communities by providing unbiased and trustworthy financial education. We believe that access to financial knowledge and resources should not be limited to a few privileged individuals but rather it be easily accessible to everyone around the globe regardless of their race, gender or socio-economic status.
This is why we started nudgeable. A socially minded financial literacy organization who designs and delivers high quality, behavioral based financial literacy programs independent of the financial services industry. We help bridge the financial literacy gap through strategic partnerships with organizations who are deeply rooted in their communities by incorporating financial literacy into their existing programs.
Our Story
Before we were nudgeable, our journey began as a volunteer project in the heart of the pandemic. We helped people make sense of the Covid-19 stimulus benefits and find resources to get the help they needed. It quickly became clear that there was a much larger need for financial literacy which expanded well beyond navigating the complexities of the pandemic.
Across the globe, financial literacy rates remain extremally low, even in the most advanced economies. They are even lower for women, minorities and the poor. So we decided to take action!
This is why we created nudgeable.

Meet The Team
Neljan Dimashi
Neljan holds a BSc degree in finance from Northern Illinois University and an MSc degree in microfinance from Solvay Business School in Brussels. After years of working in the corporate and financial services industry, he switched his focus to microfinance and advised small financial institutions and their clients in rural Ecuador. He has been a keen supporter of small business development for over 10 years, working with the Small Business Development Center as well as various other independent projects. Recently, Neljan co-founded nudgeable, a financial empowerment project created to provide equitable access to financial knowledge and resources to those that need it most.
Justyna Słomińska
Passionate about social and economic equity and with a strong background in microfinance, Justyna Slominska worked on various education and entrepreneurship initiatives in Africa and Asia. Before that she spent several years working on public policy aspects of financial inclusion at the international level in Brussels, coordinating global projects for international corporations, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and the United Nations. Justyna holds a double MSc degree in law and microfinance. Recently, Justyna co-founded nudgeable, a financial empowerment project created to provide equitable access to financial knowledge and resources to those that need it most.
